FAQ
Q. Where are photos and data stored?
A. By default, everything stays on your device and nothing is sent to external servers. Only when you turn on cloud sync or create a web share is the necessary data also stored on our server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Q. Do I need an account?
A. No. Download and start right away. Signing in is needed only if you want to use optional cloud sync or web sharing.
Q. How is age in months determined?
A. From the child’s birthday you register, calculated for the day of each record.
Q. Can I transfer data when I change phones?
A. If you set up your new device using iCloud Backup or Quick Start, the App’s data transfers along with everything else, just like most other apps. If iCloud Backup is turned off, it will not transfer, so please export any important images (for example, to the Photos app) beforehand.
